A Cornish Cove

This jewel-bright Cornish cove was a pleasure to paint; a dramatic cliff-top view peers down past cascades of yellow flowering sea radish to a hidden beach below...the blues and turquoises made this a lovely colour palette to work with.

My client and I came up with this unique frame design, using colours and textures picked from the other art pieces in the space where it would hang. It was shaped and painted in the studio.
