Hallowed

On the Lancashire coast, looking out over Morecambe Bay, the beautiful ruins of the 8th century St Patrick's Chapel look across to Cumbria. Standing on a headland near Heysham village, the Chapel is one of several ancient archaeological sites on this coastline, next to the famous rock-cut graves. It's a very peaceful place to stop and look out over the waters of the Bay through these ancient stones.

Available from my studio - please email me at elliemoore_fineart@outlook.com if you are interested in this painting - or it can be purchased online here.

Please note, this painting sustained some damage in transit, and my repairs can't completely hide some subtle dents to the frame, some lumps in the varnish and a scratch in the middle of the painting; these only show up at certain angles (see the final images) I've reduced the price to reflect this.
